Frequently asked questions

Can my staff use it in Hindi?

Yes. Your team can use the app in Hindi or English, with the same gate entries, stock and billing records in either language. We help your staff get started with training.

Can you import our existing records?

We help bring your existing party and opening stock records into ColdTrack during setup. Share your current Excel sheets or registers during the demo so we can confirm the import process.

How is rent calculated?

Rent starts from the inward date, with a minimum of one month. The next month begins on the same date of the following month, adjusted for shorter months. For example, 20 August to 19 September is one month; 20 August to 20 September is two months. Your rate and number of bags determine the bill.

Does it work on phones? Do we need internet?

Yes. Gate staff can record entries on a phone, while owners can view the business on a phone or computer. An internet connection is required to use the app.

What is included in the price?

₹25,000 covers setup, staff training and the first year of hosting and support. From year two, the annual charge is ₹10,000 for hosting, backups, updates and maintenance. Prices are plus applicable GST. Custom feature work is quoted separately.
