These terms apply to the ColdTrack management software and related services provided by Tech Inject Global Solutions LLP to cold storage operators in India.
Pricing
- Year 1: ₹25,000 one-time (plus applicable GST) — includes setup, staff training, and first year of hosting and support unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Year 2 onwards: ₹10,000 per year (plus GST) for hosting, backups, updates and annual maintenance (AMC).
AMC includes
Hosting, automated backups, security updates, and reasonable support during business hours. Custom feature work is quoted separately.
Customer responsibilities
Provide accurate master data, train staff, maintain internet connectivity at the gate, and comply with tax and payment regulations. Razorpay gateway fees are charged by Razorpay to the customer's account.
Data
Operational data entered in the app belongs to the customer. Tech Inject processes it only to provide the service.
Limitation
Software is provided as a business tool; the customer remains responsible for verifying bills, stock figures and statutory filings. Liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding twelve months except where law requires otherwise.
