Tech Inject Global Solutions LLP (“Tech Inject”, “we”) operates the ColdTrack marketing website at coldtrack.techinject.in and provides the ColdTrack management software to customers.

What we collect

• Demo request form: name, mobile number, cold storage name, city, and optional marketing parameters (UTM tags) you arrived with.
• WhatsApp: messages you send us when you contact us via WhatsApp.
• Optional tracking: with your analytics consent, Google Analytics measures page views and website actions. With your marketing consent, Meta Pixel measures visits, demo and contact clicks, and successful enquiries for advertising measurement. These providers may receive browser, device and network information. We do not include your form name, phone number, cold storage name or city in the tracking events we send.

Cookies and your choices

Google Analytics and Meta Pixel load only after you allow their respective categories. Choose Essential only to use the website and request a demo without these trackers. Use Cookie settings in the footer to change or withdraw your choice. We remember this choice in your browser for up to 180 days.

With analytics consent, we store campaign tags, the landing page and referring website. With marketing consent, we also store advertising click identifiers. This first and latest campaign attribution stays in your browser for up to 30 days, may accompany links to our demo, and is included with a demo request you submit. Declining optional tracking removes this stored browser attribution. Your privacy choices are recorded with submitted enquiries.

Where we store it

Demo requests submitted on this website are stored in Google Cloud Firestore (Firebase), operated by Google, on servers used by Tech Inject for lead management. Access is limited to Tech Inject staff.

How we use it

To respond to demo requests, provide sales and support, improve our product, and measure marketing campaigns. We do not sell your personal data.

Retention

Lead records are kept as long as needed for sales follow-up and customer records, then archived or deleted.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your information by emailing hello@techinject.in.
